Latricières-Chambertin lies along the cool, stony southern edge of the Chambertin family — the grand cru where Gevrey's power arrives with a mineral reserve. The domaine works about half a hectare of it, a small northern counterpoint in a range built around Vosne's perfume: the same unhedged, braided, whole-cluster farming, answered by different rock.
Cellaring perspective
A structured Gevrey grand cru for the patient cellar: two decades are comfortably within reach, the mineral spine carrying it further than its early charm suggests. From this address, at this scale of production, the bottle's scarcity is as notable as its origin.
Why provenance matters
For rare bottles, storage history is part of the bottle itself. Read how provenance is judged at The Empty Drops.

About this bottle
Is this Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux 2021 authentic and how is its provenance documented?
This Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru 2021 0.75L is held in professional bonded storage with documented custody. Its provenance is unbroken from release: the bottle has remained in professional custody, and condition is recorded. The Empty Drops is a private cellar, not a reseller, and never invents data about a bottle.
How is the bottle stored and shipped?
The bottle is kept in temperature-controlled bonded storage and is not moved unless shipping is requested. It is held privately and not currently offered for release.
What does the fill level and condition tell you about this bottle?
Condition is read from the fill level (ullage), capsule and label rather than taken on faith. A bottle that has not left professional custody since release avoids the usual weak points — heat, movement and broken records.
